Return & Replacement Policy

Eligibility Conditions:

1. Incorrect Product:

  • The product delivered does not match the item description on the website.

  • An entirely different product is delivered.

2. Manufacturing Defect or Damage:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon receipt.

Note: All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, which makes each piece unique. Slight variations in color tone, shape, or size are not considered defects and will not qualify for return or replacement.

3. Sole Discretion:

  • We reserve the right to decide the resolution for each return or exchange request. Each case is treated individually.

  • Refunds will not be provided if the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or if the recipient refuses the package.

Return Process:

If your purchase meets the above criteria, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us:

  • Email us at namaste@mudkart.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

    • Order number

    • Delivery address

    • Reason for return

    • In case of a defective or incorrect product, attach an image of the item.

    • We recommend taking an unboxing video while opening the parcel.

Note: Emails or images sent after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.

2. Review and Response:

  • If there is a genuine defect, we will be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value. Alternatively, we can refund your order amount within 7-10 working days after the product is picked up.

  • If a replacement is not available, we will notify you and process your refund. The credited amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued as a credit coupon of the same value.

Steps for Returning Your Shipment:

1. Initiate Return:

  • Go to "My Orders," select "Return Requested" for the order/product you want to return, and state the reason for the return.

2. Prepare for Pickup:

  • We will arrange a pickup from the address to which the product was shipped within 4-5 working days.

  • Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, barcodes, and invoice slips intact.

3. Inspection and Resolution:

  • Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected.

  • If the inspection team confirms that the product is in acceptable condition, we will process the return request on a case-by-case basis.

Reverse Pickup & Exchange Timeline

  • Reverse Pickup: Arranged within 4-5 working days from the date of request.

  • Exchange: The new order will be dispatched within 4-5 working days after receiving the returned product.

  • Cost: Applicable on a case-by-case basis.

  • How long before you get your purchase?

    • Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled. Shipping of products Head over to ‘My Orders’ to keep an eye on your package. You can also use the tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. We’ll drop in a mail with the details shortly after your order is placed. Order tracking Once your order is shipped, the Order ID and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message/email. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the order ID number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.   • What if you're not around when we deliver?

    • Our delivery partners will try thrice, then it'll come back to us and your order will stand cancelled, please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

  • Possible Delays: Deliveries might be delayed around public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances, but timely deliveries are prioritized.

Tracking Your Order

  • Order Updates: After placing your order, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Track Online: You can track your order using the tracking number provided on the shipping agency’s website or through the 'My Orders' section.

  • Notification: You will receive an Order ID and courier partner name via text message or email once your order is shipped. Use this information on the courier partner’s website to track your shipment.

Missed Delivery

  • Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned and canceled.

  • Accurate Address: Ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including zip code and mobile number, for faster delivery.
